These artifacts were sourced in archaeological endeavours within the Australian Outback ® Artists Series of fashion designer accessories. The prevailing winds of fashion trends have blown over the Central Australian desert near Alice Springs, picking up some beautiful and spiritually-symbolic Aboriginal dot art designs by the celebrated Indigenous artist, Julie Unguna Paige.

The designs tell of daily traditional tribal activities and Dreamtime stories about the time of creation. They employ traditional symbols passed down to the artist by her grandmothers.



Aside from Julie’s designs, the Aboriginal Art Sunglasses also display several designs by another of Australia’s renowned Aboriginal artists – namely, Susan Betts. Susan’s family originally hails from the Nullarbor Plain in the far-western regions of South Australia. Both artists have the respect of the International art world.
